What actually happens
- Free consultation — phone, video, or on-site visit if local.
- We review plans, parcel maps, prior data, and site access notes.
- Airspace check (LAANC) and any FAA waivers identified up-front.
- Fixed quote with line-item pricing — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
- Certificate of Insurance to your project office within 24 hours of signed scope.

Fly
Mobilize within 48–72 hours. M3M flight executed with GCPs deployed if needed.
Day 1 — 2
What actually happens
- Pre-flight: weather check, NOTAM filing, on-site safety brief with your team.
- Ground Control Points laid out for survey-grade accuracy (construction projects).
- DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral capture — RGB + 4 spectral bands (G/R/RE/NIR).
- Typical site: 1–3 hours of flight time depending on acreage and grid resolution.
- Same-day raw upload to encrypted client folder. You see proof of capture before we leave.

Process
An engineer-trained pilot reviews the imagery in Pix4D, DroneDeploy, or DJI Terra.
Day 2 — 4
What actually happens
- Orthomosaic + Digital Elevation Model generated from raw imagery.
- NDVI / NDRE health maps for agriculture; cubic-yard volumes for construction.
- Defect classification under FAA Part 107 for inspection work — documentation your engineer of record or warranty carrier can review.
- Cross-validation against GCPs — accuracy report included with every deliverable.
- GeoTIFF, KML, LAS point cloud, ISOXML — pick your format.

Deliver
PDF report + raw data files in your hands within 48–72 hours of flight.
Day 3 — 5
What actually happens
- Branded PDF report — for your owner, lender, or carrier.
- Raw data files in a private folder you keep forever.
- Optional: white-label rebrand for CCAs and consulting partners.
- Walk-through call available for any project — no extra charge.
- Follow-up flights can be pre-scheduled for season packages and recurring contracts.
