Plain-English summary
We collect the minimum we need to do drone work for you and respond to your inquiries. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertising networks. Imagery captured for you belongs to you.

Information we collect
When you submit a quote form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project location, and a brief description of what you need. That's it.
- We do not use cookies for advertising.
- We use minimal cookies for site functionality (theme, navigation state).
- Vercel Analytics tracks anonymous, aggregated visitor counts (no IP storage, no individual tracking).
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request.
- To send the deliverable from your project (PDF reports, raw imagery).
- To follow up after a project for feedback (one email, opt-out anytime).
- To comply with our legal obligations (insurance, FAA, tax records).
Imagery you commission
Aerial imagery and data we capture for your project is yours. We retain a copy for our records (typically 7 years) for support and warranty purposes. We do not publish, syndicate, or train AI models on your imagery without your written consent.
For sensitive sites (cannabis cultivation, classified facilities, etc.) we sign an NDA before the first flight as standard practice.
Your California (CCPA) rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, if you're a California resident you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of any 'sale' of your information (we don't sell it, period).
- Receive a copy of your information in portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fieldworkaerial.com. We'll respond within 30 days as required by law.

- GitHub — code hosting. We do not share customer data with GitHub.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and summarize the change at the top. For material changes affecting your data, we'll email active clients directly.
