Multispectral plant-health maps for crops, weekly progress maps for jobsites, and roof and solar inspections. Captured across NorCal under FAA Part 107 — output your engineer of record can build on.

Pricing, scope, and turnaround are set around how project teams actually plan — billing cycles, scouting windows, claim deadlines. Reports go straight into the next invoice, scout sheet, or insurance file.
For project managers
Stockpile volumes, weekly progress maps, earthworks, and as-builts — data your engineer of record can use directly for CAD drawings and as-built plans.
For growers & districts
Plant-health maps (NDVI/NDRE), irrigation analysis, and SGMA (groundwater compliance) water-use reports for California irrigation districts. We can deliver everything under your Certified Crop Adviser's (CCA) brand.
For property managers
Commercial roofs, solar arrays, building facades, and structural assets. Aerial documentation captured under FAA Part 107 — supports insurance claims and warranty workflows.

California's Sustainable Groundwater Management Act requires evidence that holds up in an audit, not landowner self-reports. Our drone-based plant-health maps show where the water actually went. We deliver them in the GIS formats your Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) already submits to the Department of Water Resources (DWR).
Included in every season package. No add-on charge.

Partnership inquiryHow we work
Free 30-minute call to confirm scope, schedule, and fixed-bid pricing. We pull your site plans, check the airspace, and discuss what accuracy your deliverable actually needs. Survey markers (GCPs) get planned ahead if you need ±2–5% volumetric accuracy. You walk away with a quote and a flight date — no time-and-materials surprises later.
Drone flight within 48–72 hours of scoping. We send the FAA airspace clearance (LAANC) and a certificate of insurance to your project office before we arrive. On site we place the survey markers and capture the imagery — multispectral for crops, RGB for jobsites and rooftops. Single visit; no return trips unless conditions change.
An engineer-trained pilot reviews the imagery in Pix4D, DroneDeploy, or DJI Terra. We stitch orthomosaics, run NDVI or NDRE for crops, calculate volumes for stockpiles, and tag defects on inspection imagery. Every output goes through a second QC pass before it reaches your inbox. You don't get raw frames — you get a structured analysis.
PDF report plus GIS layers (GeoTIFF georeferenced rasters, KML, and LAS point clouds) within 48–72 hours of the flight. Files come formatted to match your downstream workflow — pay app, scout report, GSA submission, or insurance file.
